An injury slowed my hands down. And when you've built your whole career on what your hands can do, that's a hard thing to sit with. But it also gave me something I didn't expect: the space to think bigger.
Now I'm not just a stylist. I'm a salon owner, a brand builder, and someone who's figuring out how to create a business that doesn't depend on me being behind the chair every single day.
